Why Cold shoulders to Transgender Jobs??? What fault it is for being Transgender

Although there had been strong growth in terms of social rights to Trans Person in India (Transgenders) in the past, but due to downturn of society from many different parts and even in job market. In India Job market still performing extremely poor for Trans-Person.
Employment has expanded a little bit but the numbers of unemployed Trans Person in India are on a high increase due to lack of job opportunities, where as many Trans men and Trans women in India are highly educated, but maximum time in interviews they are shown cold shoulders due to their gender.

While writing this article I would like to share my story, that how things fall down in my life after come out openly as Trans, was reduced to begging in the national capital and was living in a state of penury after I lost my job and faced discrimination in the society. After come out openly in society as Trans Woman my post-graduate degree in computer science falls apart, and I lost my job almost three years ago since then, I has had to resort to begging to sustain myself.

I am still confused that how my knowledge and degrees collapsed  by declaring myself as Trans Woman.
"It is very difficult to make society understand that one could be Hijra and Employee too, the only thing Hijras need a chance."

Most of the markets on global level seems to be rising from low-productivity, many markets are already running on high but most of the them are in low-pay sectors. On the whole, industrial, construction, retail, trading and manufacturing sectors are bringing up figures might showing “NO JOBS for TRANS PERSON OR ALMOST TO THE DOWN” Most of the new jobs created in the Market are still not a part for Trans Person and many government jobs around world seems to be promising, but not creating for Trans Person.

The estimated number of Trans jobs which are expected to raise in India too after NALSA judgement, but it seems to be badly falling day by day by industry, which force Trans Person to beg and/or do sex work to earn their end day's meal. This makes it very difficult to find jobs and causes continuous unemployment for Trans Person. States are facing “job deficits” (lack of jobs) and the situation is becoming extremely serious, in this manner Trans Person would get worse to worst days in their life!

The Lack of Job Opportunities: Job employment opportunities can pose great problems to Trans Person. Because they have no means of earning a living (apart from begging and sex work, against their wishes), the unemployed could face problems in paying rent and other means of living expenses. This may lead to homelessness. Furthermore, unemployment is on high increase in Trans Person which leads to problems like illness, malnutrition, mental stress and loss of self-confidence and eventually depression. Although it is a known fact that unemployment can cause crime rates to increase, there is no proper evidence on this aspect. On the other hand, unemployment may force Trans Person to resort to ‘suicidal’ thought, due to the inability to cope with the many personal problems that arises with it, including discrimination and unattended support from state. Therefore, it can be concluded that unemployment does lead to an increase of suicide incidences in many country.

However, the combination of unemployment with lack of financial resources and social responsibilities may cause TGs to take up work that doesn’t fit their profile or their skills, which leads to “underemployment.”
